Join Kathy for a 2.5-hour class to learn 7 key skills to reduce stress and build resilience. Learn trauma-informed movement practices and breathwork that support nervous system balancing. We live in very challenging times. Everyone knows someone who is hurting. It’s understandable to feel overwhelmed by stress, faced with uncertainty and instability. Others may feel stuck in patterns that drain their energy. This class, rooted in polyvagal theory, goes beyond simple relaxation—it helps you regulate your nervous system so that you can redirect your energy toward what matters in your life. Unlike trendy wellness approaches that provide situational relief, these practices work because they’re grounded in the science of emotion regulation and how to sustainably shift from distressed states and reactivity to a more steady, grounded presence. Participants get access to practice-along videos so they can master the skills in their own time. Participants also receive an original musical recording to support a consistent, calming optimal breathing practice.
