No class on Dec. 25 or Jan. 1 Come join Kathy on Wednesday evenings at 8:15 pm EST to learn and practice an evidence-based approach to vagal toning and deep relaxation. This experiential practice, which includes movement and breathing, helps you strengthen and deepen the connections that support nervous system safety. From a good night’s sleep to a day filled with a little more ease, compassion, and curiosity, regular practice of these skills will help you become more balanced and resilient.
